Getting Started

Application Design

There are two views in the application: Advisor and Client. The top-right corner tells you which view you’re in.

When it is light blue, you are in Advisor view (with your name). Here is where you can conduct your own research using any of the segments in the top menu bar. Access via the Advisor Dashboard tab on the landing page.

When it is navy blue, you are in Client view (with your client’s name). There will also be a purple frame around the entire application as a reminder. Any information you save here is for this specific client only. Access via the Client Management or the Advisor Dashboard tab on the landing page and select the client.

Set Up your Model Portfolios

The Portfolios segment in the top menu is where we offer different Portfolio Builders and where you can designate a saved portfolio as a "model". The models will show up in all of your Client views, ready to be used in the "Planning" segment, in Portfolio Proposals, and in the Compare function within the Wealthscope Portfolio Scorecard.

  1. In Advisor View, create a portfolio using any one of the Portfolios Builders.

  2. Save the portfolio by clicking the Disk (save) icon on the left of the Portfolio Scorecard.

  3. Once saved, go to Portfolios -> Create or Revisit a Portfolio -> See Saved Portfolios (top right) and toggle it as a model portfolio. Note: this function is only available in Advisor View.

Enter Client Account Information

To track and analyze investment accounts for a client that you have added in Wealthscope, go to their Client View. You will land on the Accounts segment. Click "Add Accounts" near the top. Choose how you want to add the account information. Market values are updated daily.

For AI Uploaded and Manually Entered accounts, you can edit the information after a transaction or copy the account for tweaking. The tweaked copied account can then be used in the Proposal, Compare, and Reallocate tools. See the action buttons at the bottom of the account.

Let us know if you have a data provider we can work with to load your client data automatically.

Advisor and Client Profiles

Advisor: Go to your Profile at the top right to select the global setting for showing/hiding the Wealthscope scores upon landing on the Scorecard. You can also hide/unhide them on the fly by using the "eye" icon on the left panel in the Scorecard. Choose Firm Branding to customize your cover page for reports.

Client: Go to your client's Profile at the top right to set their Risk Profile/Monitoring.  Once a risk profile is selected, it will show up in the Proposal tool for that client.

Now that you have a handle on the main features, you are all set to try the rest!
